no water

I was told by a friend yesterday(today) tht today our area here will dun have water supply
That time i just tot he simply say coz nothing road with the road and everything..
Normally if the road in front of the school spoil, then our area will no water, the main pain in under the road.
This morning, when i wake up, as usual i wan to bathe.
BUT........NO WATER
Sigh...
